At LanCarte Commercial, I lead the creative direction of a comprehensive website overhaul, transitioning the company to a modern platform that integrated SEO, an interactive property map, service-specific landing pages, and detailed broker profiles. This nearly year-long initiative required orchestrating multiple moving parts: managing third-party vendors like Sovic (web design/development), coordinating with Mallard Agency for photography, and aligning with our internal marketing team on copywriting and content strategy. My role was not only to ensure creative cohesion but also to drive execution across timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

In addition, I developed and delivered hundreds of tailored sales and marketing packages for high-value investor clients. These packages included custom maps, layouts, infographics, and data-driven charts, each designed to meet brand guidelines while clearly communicating complex information. By balancing creative storytelling with technical precision, I helped elevate the firm’s marketing presence and strengthen investor relationships.

Ray’s Custom Cleaners was one of the most enjoyable yet challenging branding projects I’ve had the opportunity to lead. Like many clients, they came to us with a clear vision of what they didn’t want, but only a vague sense of the direction they hoped to pursue. Their goal was a complete rebrand that honored the equity of their previous logo while evolving the identity to resonate with a younger, style-conscious audience.

Over the course of four months, I guided the creative process through more than 30 logo iterations, multiple strategy sessions, and frequent client workshops. The result was a modern, streamlined logo paired with a refreshed color palette, striking the balance between contemporary appeal and brand recognition. This update successfully attracted new customers while maintaining familiarity and trust with their long-standing client base.

Fresco’s Cocina, a personal venture of a renowned restaurateur, came to us seeking a refreshed identity that could capture a more vibrant, youthful energy. Their existing marketing had grown stagnant and was failing to connect with their audience. The challenge was to reinvigorate the brand with a visual identity and voice that aligned with both their culinary vision and their target demographic. Leveraging principles of color psychology and our expertise in social media branding, we developed a brighter, appetite-evoking color palette and reimagined their logo with a modern twist. To support consistency across all channels, I designed more than 20 adaptable templates for use in both print and digital media.

The outcome was transformative: Fresco’s Cocina experienced a significant increase in foot traffic, a stronger social media presence, and dramatically improved audience engagement. Most importantly, the refreshed brand identity resonated with both the client and their staff, fueling excitement and pride in their renewed image.
